CURBED: First look, San Francisco’s newest luxury condos open at 181 Fremont

181 Fremont, the Jay Paul Company-developed luxury tower, is already a standout in the Bay Area, with the skyscraper earning distinction as the West Coast’s tallest residential building. However, its height is just one of its impressive features; the Heller Manus-designed building’s first 38 floors have been leased to Facebook. Meanwhile, 55 peerless San Francisco luxury condos with interiors by Orlando Diaz-Azcuy and Hornberger + Worstell are located above the company’s offices, separated by an amenity floor dubbed the “Sky Lounge” (which offers a fitness center, yoga space, a cocktail bar, and more).
