SF GATE: Facebook to Lease 436,000 Square Feet of Office Space in San Francisco

On the heels of rumors dating back to June of this year, Facebook has now confirmed that it has leased a 436,000-square-foot office space in 181 Fremont, the new mixed used luxury condominium tower situated between Howard and Mission Streets. The lease represents the largest corporate leasing deal in the city in three years. Select divisions will move to the 181 Fremont space in early 2018; the new space at 181 Fremont will hold between 2,000 and 3,000 staff members.
