MANSION GLOBAL: San Francisco’s Highest Residence Unveiled
The apartment, which floats 700 feet over the city, comes fully furnished
The tallest residence west of Chicago has hit the market in the heart of San Francisco, asking $46 million, Mansion Global can exclusively report.
At that price tag, the newly constructed four-bedroom aerie atop the mixed-use skyscraper 181 Fremont joins a collection of uber-luxurious new builds vying to set a record for the city’s priciest condo sale. The lavish apartment on the 57th floor offers 360-degree views and also comes fully furnished thanks to Los Angeles-based interior design team MASS Beverly.
The top apartment in the 55-unit new development floats 700 feet over San Francisco and boasts two-and-a-half tennis courts’ worth of space.
