A 70th-floor penthouse in San Francisco is set to break records with a listing price of $42 million. The 6,941-square-foot residence occupies the entire top floor of 181 Fremont, 700 feet in the air. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide sweeping 360-degree views of the city, encompassing landmarks like the Golden Gate Bridge and the Transamerica Pyramid, Sausalito, and Treasure Island. The luxury condo has a wet bar and wine tower, two kitchens, a translucent fireplace, and interiors by award-winning designer Orlando Diaz-Azcuy. Developed by the Jay Paul Company, 181 Fremont will be completed in 2018.
