BISNOW: With Spire Attached, 181 Fremont Now Spans Over 800 Feet

The San Francisco condos at 181 Fremont have topped out, bringing the 800-foot Jay Paul Co. tower one step closer to completion. Although there’s still work to be done before it can welcome its first residents, it already boasts some notable distinctions, earning an LEED Platinum precertification and becoming the first U.S. building to provide evacuation elevators in case of an emergency. It seems that 181 Fremont’s host of safety features and amenities, including a private restaurant, yoga studio, library, bar, and lounge, have already won over potential residents; a handful of its condos are already under contract more than a year before the anticipated completion date. Read Full Article
